A customer journey where people drop off, an internal tool nobody wants to open, an ageing app that's become painful to change: they all come down to a gap between what the software does and what its users need.
My job is to close that gap with an application that's useful, maintainable and fits the technical landscape you already have.
How I work
I start with your users and your constraints, then choose technologies that integrate with your existing systems and that your team can take over.
Development runs in short iterations: you see working software early, and priorities shift as feedback comes in.
