Data controller
The data controller is WriteLine EURL, EURL, with its registered office at Place du Lavoir, 67310 Dangolsheim, France. For any question about your data: [email protected].
Data collected
The only personal data collected on this website is what you enter in the contact form: name, company, email address, topic and message.
No user accounts, no newsletter, no hidden data collection.
Purpose and legal basis
This data is used solely to answer your request and, where relevant, to prepare a proposal.
Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and the legitimate interest of WriteLine EURL in replying to people who contact it (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Retention
Correspondence with prospective clients is kept for no more than three years after the last contact, in line with guidance from the CNIL (the French data protection authority), and then deleted.
If a contract follows, data is kept for the duration of the contract and then archived for as long as legal obligations require (notably accounting and tax).
Recipients and processors
Your data is intended solely for WriteLine EURL. It is never sold, rented or passed on to third parties.
It passes through the technical providers needed to run the website, acting as processors: hosting (OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France · Cloudflare, Inc. (CDN), 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA), the email service that delivers your message, and Cloudflare Turnstile, an anti-spam service that checks the form is sent by a person rather than a bot. Turnstile does not use tracking or advertising cookies.
Transfers outside the EU
Some providers, such as Cloudflare, may process technical data outside the European Union, including in the United States. These transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses no analytics or advertising cookies, so no consent banner is needed.
Server logs
Like any website, the server records technical logs (IP address, date, page requested, browser) for security and troubleshooting purposes. These logs are kept for 14 days and then deleted.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability.
To exercise these rights, write to [email protected]. You will receive a reply within one month at most.
Complaints
If you believe your data is not being handled lawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr) or with the data protection authority in your country of residence.
